Example: a small httpget program

Usage:

$ httpget http://www.alhem.net/Sockets/index.html

"httpget3.cpp" is like httpget.cpp except that it also reads the fetched file from disk and displays it.

httpget3.cpp

"httpget4.cpp" reads the file to memory, then extracts it into a std::string.
